I called several times to get a roof repair quote and was not called back for about a week. After I spoke with Arturo he said he would send a quote within the week but never sent one. I’m now searching for other companies.
A small roof leak development in my 15 yr roof I made one call to Big D and I immediately was put on the schedule for a new roof. The 8 person crew that came to my home was efficient, professional, and extremely hard working. At the end of each day all debris was collected and put in the trailer. They were very respectful and quiet , if that is possible , while putting on a new roof. Experience is crucial In this type of project and Big D did not disappoint. It was a pleasure to work with everyone. Thank you for an excellent job.
