Hank's Handyman Service

My husband and I called Hank's to replace our attic ladder based on a recommendation from a family member. The attic ladder that was in place when we bought our home didn't feel sturdy at all, and we had been advised during our home inspection that it wasn't mounted properly. Michael came out and did a beautiful job installing a new ladder for us. Very professional and left everything clean and in order. We had Cecil Q. come by. He was such a great professional. He was very honest about the work and cost. He also exuded confidence and thorough knowledge with respect to the repair that was needed. He was on time, professional and has excellent customer service skills. It’s not very often you find employees who are as content as Cecil. This tells me a lot about the company. Overall, I was very pleased with the work and service. We will be reaching out to Cecil and Hank’s Handyman often for any repairs in the future. Brian was quick, efficient, and very competent. He repaired 2 holes in my walls and when he was done, you'd never know there had been holes there. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely be calling him again when I need any work done. Second job: Brian and Anthony came back to replace some rotting wood around my chimney, 2 windows at the front of my house, and 1 window on the side of my house.
