Tanner arrived on time and was extremely professional for our initial appointment. He scoped the work and within a half hour we had and estimate. Scheduling was easy and Tanner showed up promptly for the installation. He was courteous and worked around my wife's schedule, and he diligently cleaned up after himself. The work he did was excellent! While Hanks may charge a bit more than your neighborhood handyman, the reliability and attention to detail MORE than make up for the added expense. We will absolutely use them going forward!

Our upstairs water heater flooded and we needed all kinds of repairs. We had holes in the ceilings, an entire molded out closet, bathrooms that needed new vanities, and kitchen that required cabinets. Guillermo quoted us accurately and fairly. Luis and Alex were assigned to the work and they did an awesome job with it. They were able to complete the work we needed done faster than expected and quickly finished up the work that insurance wasn't covering. Andrew and Elijah did a great job replacing (and repairing) our attic ladder/door. Looks great! They are professional, polite, kind, and helpful. Andrew also checked my dryer vent while he was here.
