We had Cecil Q. come by. He was such a great professional. He was very honest about the work and cost. He also exuded confidence and thorough knowledge with respect to the repair that was needed. He was on time, professional and has excellent customer service skills. It’s not very often you find employees who are as content as Cecil. This tells me a lot about the company. Overall, I was very pleased with the work and service. We will be reaching out to Cecil and Hank’s Handyman often for any repairs in the future.
