The driver was great and he identified the problem really fast and I agreed to the work and he got the work done fast. The only problem I had with the job was the price they charged over $500 just to clean the line so my air conditioner would drain properly. The whole thing took 40 minutes.I don’t really see why they need to charge that much for that kind of work because it was such a quick fix and I think next time I can do it myself, but the driver was great. Milestone has always been prompt, helpful and especially courteous. They have helped with several of our plumbing issues. Always kind and helpful. When Easy came to ready the pipes for city inspection, neither of us knew we would have to wait 6 hours! He did what he needed to do and waited in the van in the heat, coming out now and then to check the pipes, etc. Did not leave til the city of Garland finally got there after 3:00, then he went to get a bite to eat, came back and started filling the hole in the hottest part of the day. Thankfully someone came along to help him. Easy went above and beyond in my opinion!! Thank you!! Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing pipe repair, Sewer cleaning
absolutely great experience and Colton the technician was amazing. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and even repaired a light not on the repair list. this is my rental property and even my tenants were amazed and happy with every aspect of the service call and especially Colton.????????
