wonderful all-around experience. Lexi and Kendall made scheduling easy and communication was great. I love the emails and text notifications. The techs, Lyle and Alexander, were right on time. Louis Walker is a good asset to the company. He arrived to give me a quote on a new water heater and was super personable and helpful. The price is high and I may go with another company but it is in no way a reflection on Louis. He was great!
We had a leak in our basement on Dec 23 and water damage and we contacted many other plumbers and no one wanted to come out on a holiday weekend. Luckily the plumber who did show up, Dan, turned out to be fantastic. He detected the dilemma and was able to recommend a solution, and also noticed a few other things that needed fixing. He also recommended a company for dealing with the water damage and stayed with us until they arrived, also making recommendations about how to handle the insurance claim. Once we scheduled the work, he was always on time, always put on shoe covers, and was and professional. I feel he went above and beyond to take care of us, as new homeowners who felt a little out of their depth. I will be calling Dan again for any plumbing needs!
