I hired Professor Plumber to replace the cast iron pipes at my house. The work they did was horrible. They did not replace the pipes properly and used low quality material which has now failed, they did not compact the soil correctly and there is 6 ft hole is under my foundation and it may now fail since it is not supported and I now have leaking sewage under my foundation due to the pipes have separated. I am having to have the work completely redone. Professor Plumber refuses take responsibility for their incompetent work . Be very careful about hiring this plumbing company to do any work. I had a good experience with Prof Plumb. They were easy to schedule with and were at a decent price (no plumbing is cheap anywhere). I liked how the plumbers quoted me beforehand and discussed a couple of options for my plumbing issues that could save me money down the road.
