The Sunday of Memorial weekend our AC system stopped working and that evening we were on the phone desperate to fix it asap. Thankfully Elmers was not taking the day off and they showed up Monday morning, Monday afternoon and Monday Evening. We were given about a dozen options and alternatives to choose from. Ultimately we chose to install a new unit inside and out. They brought us portable AC units to put in our home to help us cool down. The demo team came that evening and did their part. In the morning our installers were here and ready to GO! I can’t say enough about how friendly, fast and CARING the Elmers team was and has been. Junior and his crew worked hard and we're very professional the entire time they were installing our unit. Austyn came promptly when we had a problem after a power outage a few weeks after new installation. Both times, Elmer's treated us professionally and graciously answered our many questions and concerns I including helping us and our pets stay cool for the days they were installing. Only reason this doesn't get a 5/5 is because the dispatcher was not responsive so we didn't know when they crew was arriving or planning to leave.

Highly recommend Elmer's Heating and Air. Our AC was blowing warm air this morning. Aaaargh! Called Elmer's. Their service tech was here by noon. Gave us information we could understand. Everything he needed to repair the system was on his truck. Done deal. The air con is working great. Done in less than 2 hours. Couldn't be more pleased. Service: HVAC system repair
