Super rude and unprofessional company. I had a request for services, when the rep came out they didnt even call to let me know they were here. They must've knocked on the door super faintly because after waiting all day for them to come, I didn't hear their arrival. Call back the next day for assistance and the rudest customer service rep I've ever had names Jennifer was literally no help. Seriously, my pet dogs could've helped more. Not only did she not assist me at all with rescheduling, she hung up on me three consecutive times. Whoever Jennifer's supervisor is should offer her some customer service training, she needs it.

They refer to me by my hone warranty company to fix water heater i called them many times to schedule appointment they give me appointment for friday for which i had to take day off then last moment they reschedule by themselves they value people time real poor service will never recommend AZ plumping to any one worse service ever

Absolutely the worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with. When scheduling my appointment I asked for a call ahead to ensure that someone would be there and the lady said of course no problem. Had a time frame between 12-6. Well the day of got the call saying that our plumber was on the way and would be there in about 15-20 min. An hour and a half later the plumber finally showed up and then it took another ten minutes before he actually knocked on my door. When I let him in showed him the issue he told me it would be a super easy fix and he would be in and out quickly. I went back to cleaning so I wouldn't bother him and noticed he got real quiet peaked around and kid you not he was sitting on my kitchen floor playing a video game on his phone. Finally got up and went outside to get some things and there he proceeded to continue playing games or texting and taking personal calls while on the job.
