Tried to use them through Homeserve. They never showed up. Called multiple times and was told they’d “be there tomorrow”. This went on for weeks until we just used another network contractor. Useless office staff. Useless manager- I was told many times that “the manager had my paperwork and would submit it” whatever that means.

We have used this company a few times from large jobs like replace our sewer line to small dripping faucet jobs. Office and scheduling always polite respectful and most of all helpful in answering questions. The plumber or crew sent to our home has always been respectful polite and very knowledgeable of their trade. I will use this company for all our plumbing needs and definitely would recommend.

They refer to me by my hone warranty company to fix water heater i called them many times to schedule appointment they give me appointment for friday for which i had to take day off then last moment they reschedule by themselves they value people time real poor service will never recommend AZ plumping to any one worse service ever
