Highly recommend. Our water heater went out 72 hours before company was due to arrive for Thanksgiving, called GT and were back up and running in no time. They were very informative and honest about the condition of the existing unit, it was repairable, but based on it being 9 years old we opted to replace it. Were were considering tankless electric at the time anyway, but didn't have very much knowledge regarding those types of systems. Based on the information provided, were were able to make an educated decision and went with a hybrid heat pump and traditional coil unit and couldn't be happier with the results on the power bill. Install was quick and very clean, the unit is in the garage so they wrapped all the piping for extra insulation. A big thank you for being prompt, professional, informative, and getting us back up and running so close to the holiday.
