While I had an appointment for the 8th of May, Ryan showed up on the 5th after calling and getting my approval, performed a professional, timely repair and was careful to protect my recently remodeled bathroom! What a kind gentleman that I spoke to over the phone. I told him I had electricity flickering throughout the house and he recommended I go through Oncor first before charging me to do an analysis. He spoke with me for a few minutes to make sure I was comfortable in knowing what to look for. A real salt of the earth kind man and company.

I called first thing in the morning and Ryan showed up a few hours later. He quickly identified the problem, resolved it, and checked with me to ensure I was satisfied.
