First off, I'm a homeowner and a small business owner who reached out to this company for quite a bit of electrical work that was needed due to the flooding associated with Hurricane Harvey. We are talking about $10K of work. I contacted them because they had worked on two of my neighbors homes so I thought they should be given a shot at the work. After more than (2) phone calls and (2) emails that did not result in one call back or scheduled appointment I decided to move on. Why on earth would I ever consider a company with customer service that is this bad. Granted, they are probably really busy, but a phone call or an email response stating that would have been the professional way to handle it.
