He did a thorough inspection of my sewer line, he went well beyond my expectations. He provided cost up front. ABACUS is outstanding! One of our water heaters began leaking and company was coming in two days. ABACUS was wonderful (unlike another company). Chris came promptly, looked at our heaters, quoted a good price, and promptly began the work. Five hours later, we had new water heaters and hot water! Chris was the most professional installer I have ever encountered. He was knowledgeable, professional, and an expert in his trade.
