Air Tech of Houston AC & Plumbing

After putting it off for too long, I finally made a Tune-Up appointment and decided to get the service plan which would force me to do it twice a year as should be done. Second time using Air Tech of Houston for my AC and another great experience. Jessie was on-time, courteous, and professional. Also, only a two hour window and he arrived right at the beginning. The staff you speak to for appointments is also great and friendly. I highly recommend Air Tech. Their rates are reasonable as well. Last time I needed a repair done and had a great experience then as well.

Jay was amazing. I called in the AM and he came in the afternoon. He was able to fix the issue in 30 minutes and the house started to cool. He cleaned my unit and gave me to tips to have it stay in good shape. The price was not bad either, it is a pricey but they do a good job and it’s fast service. Would recommend ! I had a great experience with Air Tech of Houston, from the time I called in to the repair. My tenant called me Christmas Eve morning that a pipe in the ceiling burst. Fortunately, he was home and immediately turned the water off to prevent further damage. I had spoken to another company who initially said they were on the way. After a few hours of them not calling or showing up, I called them back and someone else said I wasn't scheduled. My daughter then called Air Tech of Houston and spoke with Angelica. She was an angel. Although, she was working on a holiday weekend and inundated with calls because of the freeze, she was extremely helpful and pleasant. She was able to schedule a Tech to come Christmas morning. Harvey came out Christmas Day around 8am, and promptly identified and repaired the problem. Having two great employees like Angelica and Harvey left a great impression on me of your company. I would absolutely use Air Tech of Houston's services for future plumbing needs. T
