My letter to H-Town: I want to tell you how happy I am with the service of last week. Every year for the last 4 years we bring somebody out to try to fix the heater and every year they can't get the job done. Until I called H-Town. Your man Billy is a genius, he figured out the upstairs damper was broken and replaced it. Then he figured out the motor for the downstairs damper was broken too and he replaced that. The whole job took four trips and each one of them on time and most courteous and best of all the $450 of your initial estimate was all you billed me. And you did not sneak in sales tax like some unscrupulous companies do. It's been four days now and the system is running perfectly. Finally! Edit: During the freeze my tankless water heater busted and when no plumbers would answer my calls, I called H-town A/C repair. Bingo, Alex came out and put in a new one. These guys can do anything! I had three companies out to bid when my AC went out 1.5 years ago. H-town services had the best bid and were able to get my new AC installed the fastest. Everything has worked flawlessly since they did the job. Next time I’ll be calling them first no questions asked / I highly recommend.
