We built a new house with an industrial NY loft design inside. We previously lived in a 1930's era converted warehouse and copied many elements in the new house. That included exposed round metal A/C duct on thefirstfloor. All hangers were to be industrial types. From the beginning I had to stop them from taking installation shortcuts like using cheap hanging strap. To their credit they did correct those issues. However a big problem remains which are the A/C grills. They installed adjustable aluminum grills. In winter they expand and contract with very loud popping and banging noises. It is so loud it sometimes wakes us up upstairs. This is our third winter and have had Premier out the last two winters to make adjustments. Last year it became obvious that the solution is not to continually tighten the screws. Thermal expansion quickly negates that effort. We just moved into a new home and called Premier based on a trusted co-worker's recommendation; it seemed like the old owner didn't perform routine maintenance on ANYTHING. Shaun, who is absolutely amazing at his profession, identified a clogged line before it caused long-term damage to our unit. He needed to follow-up with a second visit (the very next day at 6pm), but it was understandable given our situation. Shaun even found an issue with how our existing water heater was installed.
