Anchor did a TPO roofing job for me about four years ago. It was still under warranty when I called several times in reference to a possible leak issue, which Victor said was not a problem with the roof. Last month when it became obvious the roof did (it has been repaired at this point) have a leak and that leak was the same issue since I last spoke with Anchor, I left messages with Victor again to return my call, which he did not. Unfortunately, this was no surprise to me because this wasn't the first, or even second or third, time that he failed to communicate with me. In the end I went with another roofer, who repaired the leak with warranty. In sum, poor communication, failure to fix the problem while still under warranty, and giving the run around to a customer that trusted the service would be done right... I hope that explains it.

Victor at Anchor Roof installed a new roof, new gutters and new hardy plank on my little house 18 years ago. My roof is still going strong today. My roof has never let me down after multiple hurricanes and storms. Victor even added the roof vents that I really wanted.

They are lair and crooks they talk big when need Job. Once you have problem they will not response you, or will call you back and never do . Make sure think ten times before you hire them
