I was referred to HousePro by my home warranty. Within minutes of submitting my service request and being assigned I received a call to schedule an appointment. Considering it is the peak of summer I was pleased to get an appointment so soon. Leo arrived earlier than scheduled and immediately went to work. He conducted a very thorough review and explain how my system works as well as what the causes could be from. He shared recommended maintenance which was greatly appreciated. In my opinion Leo went above and beyond his scope of work. He was professional and extremely considerate. I will for sure be a repeat customer and highly recommended.
Leo was an amazing technician and a amazing person with great customer service skills, his mentor Ron has molded him into a great technician, they came to my house gave me above standard service along with great pricing. Leo is single-handedly the reason why they will continue to do the AC maintenance on home! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Mr. Cruz was very personable and professional. He took time out to explain what the issue was with my A/C and what was needed to remedy it as well as what we need to do in the future.
