We had an issue with our ac and contacted our home warranty. Sometimes they send people who are not very professional, but this was not the case today! We had the pleasure of dealing with Stanley. He showed up on time, which is awesome! Stanley was very knowledgably, respectful, not pushy, and took the time to explain everything. He fixed our issue ( we had a clog ) and was able to have someone come over today to speak to us about a new unit ( per our request) as ours is super old. House Pro sent my parents the best tech named Ron Gomez. He was so kind, honest and very professional that he took time to explain the issue to my parents who speak Spanish.
