Jorge was prompt and showed up at the beginning of the estimated timeframe given to us by the dispatcher. He courteous and professional, thorough in his troubleshooting, and explained all recommendations in a clear and precise manner. The before and after photos of our cleaned blower motor show a big difference and we are very happy with this service!
I was referred to HousePro by my home warranty. Within minutes of submitting my service request and being assigned I received a call to schedule an appointment. Considering it is the peak of summer I was pleased to get an appointment so soon. Leo arrived earlier than scheduled and immediately went to work. He conducted a very thorough review and explain how my system works as well as what the causes could be from. He shared recommended maintenance which was greatly appreciated. In my opinion Leo went above and beyond his scope of work. He was professional and extremely considerate. I will for sure be a repeat customer and highly recommended.
