Shane realy took the time to educate me on the problem he fixed. I really appreciate that he waited for me nearly an hour to make it home that shows me how the company understands peolples different situations and not just collecting the money. I would really recommend giving them a call if you need your a/c repaired and look at their preventative maintenance program like Shane encouraged me to do with by showing me how low maintenance charges will save hundreds in the long run.
