Although Rama wasn’t able to fix the issue due to it being out of his control, he was still able to help us identify the problem and recommend us to call an electrician in hopes that that was the issue with our AC unit shutting off and he was correct. He was very kind and helpful in explaining what could’ve caused the issues. Great place for coming coming at the time they said they would!
We had a great experience with One Hour! Ace came out at night to diagnose and quickly fix our problem. He was extremely professional and helped answer any questions we had. I would definitely use them again!
Tim was knowledgeable, courteous and totally professional. He answered all my questions and gave me some valid suggestions on what needs to be done next (my unit is 20+ years old and pretty tired). No hesitation in recommending Tim to anyone needing help. The company staff were also very polite and helpful in setting up the appointment.
