Price gouging… $500 to clean out a condensation line. I called Nicks plumbing to clear out a condensation line in my attic. It was not the most convenient place and you did have to squat down once you entered my attic, but then after that it was just 6 steps to my condensation line. He said he may have to cut PVC, but he did not. Ali had to do was snake it out. I have done this myself and it is not difficult. He did not bring the big machinery up to use the snake. He just hooked it to a drill. he came down multiple times. It was hot in the attic but it was not unbearable. I had spent 30 minutes up there right before he got there. Then he asked me for 2 big buckets of water, Which I provided. Then he asked me if I could go get the hose hook it up and turn it on when he was ready. Basically I was his assistant.
