They sell you on a 2-year workmanship warranty, but when you try to have them fix a workmanship issue - like exposed nails, missing flashing, and the shingles sitting on top of the fascia board - they refuse to address it and claim the warranty is only for "leaks". That is not what the contract states, so essentially it is a bait and switch. Do not use this company or you'll be left to pay someone else to fix their sub-par work. EDIT - Notice in the response below they do not address the exposed nails, missing flashing, and fascia board issues - all things noted by an inspector that needed to be fixed. No it's not leaking, however that doesn't change the fact that I'm going to have to pay another company to fix the things they didn't do right the first time. Service: Roof installation
