I found out about them through Amazon. Amazon sent them to install my thermostat and THEY WERE AMAZING. So good, I cancelled my home warranty and stuck with their service plans. They have my servicing my AC ever since. I even bought a new AC system through them. They had the best prices and offered great financing

After paying for their monthly service fee for almost a year, they came out for the maintenance inspection I scheduled and we discussed repair work that I knew I would need. While on-site, he provided two options and agreed to send a quote for both, but only sent a quote for one option for some reason. ...no big deal right, at least we got one? Well, we agreed to have service performed and accepted the quote through their website. After a couple of weeks of not hearing back from them, I called to accept the quote and get the work done. Unfortunately since the one who answered the phone isn’t the one who provided the quote, he couldn’t help me (or didn’t want to?) and said he’d have the other guy call me so we can get the work done. Okay, no big deal...except the guy never calls me. So I call back again, and same ole story.
