Excellent service today performed by Cedric of Texas Quality Plumbing! We had a surprise leak and after coordinating with the office we were able to get it repaired quickly. From the professional help from the office staff to Cedric arriving and fixing the problem we were very pleased. Highly recommend these guys. My water heater stopped working over the weekend and after getting several quotes for both a tankless and regular tank water heater, I decided to go with Texas Quality Plumbing. A bigger chain plumbing company was trying to charge me double for both options. Texas Quality Plumbing was very competitive and fair with their pricing but what really impressed me was their customer service. They are responsive and easy to work with. The technicians that came out were very friendly and professional. They did a great job with the installation and cleaned up after themselves. I hired Texas Quality Plumbing to replace 2 water heaters. The company sent three teams and finally finished the task in two days and charged $3900. For the first team-Austin team, we scheduled Thursday(8/10/2023) morning. He knew he has another appointment in the morning, but he has not told me &my husband. We waited the whole day and he arrived house at 4:00pm. In a rush, he installed 1heater and left another one in a halfway. He has not tested the new install working or not, and leave the whole house no hot water on Thursday evening and Friday morning. I have to make a call, then the company sent another plumber-Javier. Javier made one of two water heater work. We have to wait for the second one installation scheduled next week Tuesday(8/15). It means our first floor without hot water for 4 days. On 8/15, Rodolfo team came. He is very experience plumber and did excellent job. After installation, he run water and tested the system to confirm. His work is very professional, neat and c
