Our asphalt shingle roof was 22 years old and showing real signs of wear & tear. So we decided to replace it before any leaks created real problems. We had a good experience with Ramirez Roofing 3 years ago so I called them. Carlos promptly came to inspect our roof and explained the various options for shingles, underlayment, water protection, etc. Once I had my questions answered and selections were made, he quickly followed up with a bid. The job was originally estimated to take 4 days but it was completed in 2-1/2 days. The crew of 12 was exceptional. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and an almost paranoid concern for protecting the plants, the pool and the house from their roofing activities. Additionally, the clean-up each day and at the end of the job was superb. In fact, several days later I have yet to find any stray roofing nails. I had Jose and his team replace 10 sections of hardboard siding. They were fantastic. The team doing the work was professional, courteous, careful, and cleaned everything up when finished. I'll definitely give them a call again if I need roof or siding work in the future.
