I have been a long term customer. They have never tried to oversell me, bids are competitive and they follow up to make sure everything is good. Installation and maintenance staff have all been top-notch professional and reliable. I cannot find any reason to look elsewhere. I have one of their service plans and they call me to remind me and don’t try to sell unnecessary repairs.
Alex provided an amazing service during my most recent service appointment. He was thorough and walked me through each of his observations. There are so many businesses who claim high quality, but Alex exceeded the expectation. Thank you for your help!
We used this company for AC in our business office. It's still not working properly! It's dumping out hot air into our back office. We've tried contacting the installer several times with no resolution up to this point. Integrity is the heart of your business and we believe you should stand behind your work! We are very disappointed this issue has not been resolved!
