I thought my AC unit was having issues so I contacted EZ and they sent someone out right away. Felipe came in, did a full diagnostic on my AC unit, and gave me a run through of needed to be done. Super professional and very thorough! Would highly recommend.
Professional and courteous service from my initial call through the on-site service. The technician Felipe was professional and it was obvious that he know his HVAC trade and understands customer service. They responded quickly on a Saturday on a hot July day.
