EZ Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating

I thought my AC unit was having issues so I contacted EZ and they sent someone out right away. Felipe came in, did a full diagnostic on my AC unit, and gave me a run through of needed to be done. Super professional and very thorough! Would highly recommend.

My recent experience with EZ Comfort was above expectation. Before Alfredo, our technician, even arrived I received a text with his photo and name. That was a big plus both for safety as well as piece of mind before meeting someone I never met before. Once here Alfredo was extremely polite and professional. He gave a complete work up on my system (which turned out to be ok) and not once tried to up sell me. As an experienced homeowner, I am all to familiar with dishonest contractors. My experience today however was so positive not only do I plan to continue to use EZ Comfort but also I felt compelled to write two positive reviews on my experience. Highly recommend! Great service from EZ Comfort AC . Melissa from the office was nice and was able to add me on the schedule quickly . Our home AC began reaching the 80’s this past week and after our visit with Alfredo , our home is cooler than it has been in the 2 years we’ve lived here ! Alfredo was great in explaining the repairs and provided amazing honest service.
