Had a AC problem, called them and they were able to come out same day. The technician (forgot his name) was incredible. He did an amazing job diagnosing the issue and explaining every step (I ask a lot of questions). He was professional the entire visit. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work. After waiting all night for a competitor, I remembered that Expert Air had done good service for me a year or so ago. I called them, and they showed up promptly. After a night in Texas without AC they were a sight for sore eyes. They performed a minor, routine repair and my system was humming again. The biggest bonus to me was that my weekly energy usage, after a repair midway through the week, was down $33. Prompt friendly service techs and I'm saving money. I'd recommend Expert Air & Refrigeration to anyone.
