I had the pleasure of working with Tyler on my roof replacement. I was a wonderful experience from beginning to the completion of the job. Professionalism was evident as he explained the process and offered advice as we discussed my choices and selection of materials. I appreciated the status updates. He was very personable and flexible in accommodating my schedule.

First talked to a representative that was going door to door after the winter ice storm. NewRuf conducted a roof inspection and fond that I had a lot of hail damage. They sat down with me and my insurance and provided all of the technical information and I provided the policy information. Submitting the claim was very fast and easy with their help. When the materials were delivered a NewRuf representative inventoried what was delivered and noticed a few items were missing and got that fixed before it could delay the work.They also replaced damaged or rotted wood on my roof. Twice during replacing my roof they found additional damage or required code upgrades and submitted the changes to Farmers and was accepted. A NewRuf contractor was present during most of the roof work to monitor the installation. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have very happy with the quality of my roof and customer service I received. I was being updated regularly on the status of my claim and or

NewRuf replaced our roof recently after a damaging storm. They've done a fantastic job. They provided excellent recommendations on upgrades to the materials vs. our original roof - without pushing for sales like some companies tend to do. Timing, knowledge, quality, service, and overall experience couldn't have been better. Ask for Chad, he's a fantastic project manager.
