Getting a roof replaced and dealing with insurance is a complete nightmare but Joey at New Roof is fantastic! He made the process of replacing my storm damaged roof run so smoothly. He was honest in explaining the process and made sure my roof was done in a timely and professional manner. I had the pleasure of working with Tyler on my roof replacement. I was a wonderful experience from beginning to the completion of the job. Professionalism was evident as he explained the process and offered advice as we discussed my choices and selection of materials. I appreciated the status updates. He was very personable and flexible in accommodating my schedule.
Harry Taylor was our Project Manager and he did a fantastic job working with our insurance adjuster after the October hail storm left our roof and gutters needing an entire replacement. He made sure the work was completed, the yard was picked up, and considering our roof is SO big they finished it in one day, including our shed roof (which they got insurance to pay to replace too). The gutters were installed a few days later withint hours. Easy to work with and made the process much easier. 5 stars????????????????????
