Justin and Tim were knowledgeable, kind, hard working and generous! They flushed our water heater, explained what was happening and when our old plastic valve broke they replaced it for free with a metal one! Other companies were going to charge us 250 to replace that valve! When we go to buy a new water heater which will be soon, we will be calling PDQ.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before using this company. We’re a restaurant and used PDQ to modify some plumbing, add a drain line and move some equipment. They’re not the company we usually use and we’ll never use them again. Sloppy quality of work. The guys showed up on site and had no idea what needed to be done. The guy who bid the job said there was no issue with moving the equipment, but then when on site in the middle of the job they changed that and said they won’t be able to move the equipment. I had to pay an additional company to move it. PDQ was over 30% more than the other bid we got to do the same work. Lesson learned.
