I’ve had excellent experiences with ARTC Heating & Cooling, in Irving, TX. They are prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. The owner Jesús is the nicest man: kind, courteous, friendly and respectful. These qualities are important to me along with expertise! I’ve been fortunate to have Jesús present for every service this company has performed for me, including installing a new HVAC system. I also like their very affordable monthly service plan you can optionally sign up for (which I did); it’s $5 less per month than the last company I did business with. The office staff is also outstanding without exception: friendly and welcoming. I can highly recommend this company. I called them because my ac unit was not working. From the moment i called they were always friendly. The technician arrived on time when they said he would, & when i explained the issue I was having he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in almost no time. I will definitely be using them again if I have problems with the a/c unit.
