I am pleased to write a review for this business. Firstly, there was no attempt to make a hard sales pitch to replace our system(s). Emmanuel performed a thorough inspection of our old units and discussed our options. Since our units were coming up on 18 years we decided to replace them. Prior to the installation, they scheduled a visit to assess the tonnage requirements including a comprehensive review of the existing ductwork. They redesigned our duct work and shared the blue print with us. The crew (lead by Carlos) arrived promptly on the day of the installation and went over the logistics before any work began. Installation was completed on time - the entire crew was extremely professional, courteous, friendly and patiently answered all/any questions. Lastly, we shopped around quite a bit and this was by far the most competitive quote but there was no compromise made on the quality of the units, work and services. Erik did a great job getting my AC unit up and running quickly! I bought my unit from them in June 2019 with a 10 yr warranty. When the blower motor went out on Sunday, they came on Monday and fixed it quickly! All of it was covered under the warranty! Great customer service! I highly recommend them!!! Service: Repair HVAC

Carlos Puente was my tech and was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and personable. I am so glad I chose Comfort Squad they have been a pleasure from the installation and the servicing of the unit.
