I chose Comfort Squad to install my new Heating/Air units in January 2018! Their service after the sale has been great!! My upstairs unit did not come on this weekend and Danielle called me first thing this morning and scheduled Erik to come out today to fix it! It’s now working again and I am very grateful! If you need a new unit, choose Comfort Squad! You will not regret it!!! Their installation and service teams are simply the BEST!!! Service: A/C system repair
Erik did a great job getting my AC unit up and running quickly! I bought my unit from them in June 2019 with a 10 yr warranty. When the blower motor went out on Sunday, they came on Monday and fixed it quickly! All of it was covered under the warranty! Great customer service! I highly recommend them!!! Service: Repair HVAC
From beginning to end, everyone I encountered at Comfort Squad was courteous and professional. Carlos, Emmanuel, and Abel in particular. It doesn’t take long to tell they’re a family owned business. It was a great change of pace compared to using some of the larger companies in Houston. I’ll be happy to use them again in the future.
