The electrician, Brandon, showed up on time, accessed the repair needed, provided a binding estimate, and made the repairs. The solution was pretty complicated and took significant time and effort to figure out. He did a great job. I would definitely use the company and Brandon again. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed by Nick. Not only was he professional, he was also extremely personable and made what was initially a scary experience for us something that we felt better about. He answered all questions we had and always let us know what he would be working on so we could set our expectations.
