I had the pleasure of having Henry and his team help me with a hail insurance claim roof replacement. From the beginning Henry helped me get an accurate estimate from the insurance estimator, to dealing with HOA requirements, and dealing with city requirements for permits. Very prompt and responsive with the process. Great execution the day off the job. I had some hail damage from a storm in April. I'd tried calling and setting up appointments with other highly rated roofing companies and no one was showing up when they promised, everyone was just so busy! I was talking to my neighbor who'd just had his roof replaced and he recommended that I call his contractor, he was happy with the work they'd just done on his roof and had known the project manager for years. I called Stuart with ProRoofs Restoration he was out that day to take a look. He gave it to me straight, I have Allstate and they are hard to get to cover anything but he thought the damage was enough to warrant the new roof.
