I rarely post reviews, so the fact I am doing so speaks volumes about my experiences with Kelsey Elite Services. I have used their services to repair the roof of my home and rental property. On each occasion, scheduling of inspections and repairs were a breeze. Moreover, while the costs are very reasonable the quality of service I received was phenomenal. I am happy to hardly recommend Kelsey Elite Services. You couldn't ask for a better experience. Mr. Kelsey helped make the whole process so easy from beginning to end. He dealt with the insurance company; guided in picking out the best design and color of the singles, and even came back after the roofers were finished to do another thorough sweep of the property picking up any stray nails. Colby and his crew were amazing. They provided excellent service from the initial contact with Colby to the finished roof. Colby was very helpful answering questions, communicating with the insurance company, and was always very responsive. His crew took measures to protect our yard and surrounding areas during the project as well as the cleanup afterwards. They were able to begin early that Sunday morning and had it completed and everything cleaned up by that afternoon. Colby was very attentive at overseeing everything and even came by on Sunday afternoon once his crew had completed the roof install to inspect their work. He went back over the yard, driveway, and road with a magnet to check for nails which was much appreciated. Overall, we were very pleased with the quality workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail that we received from Kelsey Elite Services. Highly recommended!!
