Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

RRPW came as promised to repair the water faucet drip in the tub in our guest bathroom. However, after the first technician installed a new faucet cartridge and left, the faucet continued to drip. The actual repair took about an hour. I had to call RRPW again and schedule another technician to come out and repair the faucet again. Several hours later, the new technician arrived and installed another new cartridge, the drip stopped. (New technician; new cartridge...?) Additionally, the actual cartridge costs about $65.00. We were charged over $400. for this small job, and that was with a $100. discount! They will also charge you a $99 00 service call, which you will be billed if you don't like their quote or don't allow them to repair your fixture or do the job. RRPW will also NOT give you an estimate for this common job over the phone, until they come out, for a $99.00 quote. Service: Faucet repair

Cody was professional, polite and gave me tips on how to avoid future clogs, at least for an extended time (clogs are inevitable), and he tackle the problem quickly and to my satisfaction, at least for the time being. Service alone would be a “five stars”, but for the price I was charged…”three stars”…I’m being nice! Diagnostic is simple! You say the word, “Clogged Sink” and you hear back: “$457”. That’s it! It’s a lot of money for a clogged bathroom sink and for a 30 minutes job with ONLY 6 months of warranty! I was about to go out of town when I noticed the water backing up on the sink (connected to the a/c drain). Didn’t have any choice but to go ahead with the service or come back from my trip to find a flooded bathroom. Update7/21/23: after reviewing, a manager contacted me requesting my contact information so he could discuss and address my concerns. Sent info on 7/13/23 and was never contacted by anyone. Mr. Williams was very professional and kind and he made a diagnosis and did a great job clearing my clogged bathroom drain. I will make sure to request him in the event we have another issue.
