Angel Hernandez and his assistant (apologies, I couldn't recall his name) were extremely professional, efficient, polite, very patient in explaining the problem and the resolution process, and overall great plumbers. Would recommend their services to anyone having a plumbing issue. 10 out of 10 service! and will be calling them again if I have any house plumbing issues in the future. I have had several plumbers through our home warranty come over throughout the past year. We got fed up with the quality of the work done and decided to reach out to Katy Plumbing. What a difference! The communication and care that Angel and Esteban gave us was far superior. They were quick to offer options and estimates on several fixes needed on our home and were the first plumbers to return their workplace to the original condition i.e. things back under sink, rugs back in place, etc. It's all in the details and care! Peter was available quickly (though our situation was not an emergency) and also helped me identify another issue with a clog in our AC drain line. He replaced our hose bib on the outside of the house, which was the original problem, and was thorough with his explanation of our options. We (I should say I, my husband wasn't a fan) agreed to the membership because with my luck, we will have another strange issue. Thank you for your time! It was easy to set up the appointment and communication was very good.
