The staff at Remedy Roofing were great. Mr. Englert handled the planning and organizing with us about the entire process. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable while also keeping us well-informed. Elias and his crew were wonderful in the preparations, tear down, replacement and clean up. They were very conscientious about ensuring the debris was all removed from the property with extra care paid to anything potentially hazardous like loose roofing tacks. I was planning on having this company come by and inspect my roof. They put up a new roof on my neighbor’s house and it looked like good quality. Until the next day I saw that they left scraps and nails in my yard where my kids play. I tried calling but got put on hold. I won’t be using this company and will be writing a letter to my HOA (Cinco Ranch) as they have to approve this kind of work on properties. They should be aware of the problems with this company and how it impacts others in the neighborhood. Looking at the other reviews, it appears this is a pattern with them. Recently replaced roof due to hail damage. Replacing a roof is an important process to get right. Your roof is the biggest part of your biggest investment. Lewie Lagas from Remedy was excellent. No pressure; extremely responsive; easy to work with; professional and a super nice person. I worked with him as my point person and along the way met two other super people - Stevie and Riley. Roof was done on time and they were neat. Have found very few nails since it was completed. My experience has been very positive.
