Shawn did a tremendous job walking us through the claim process. We tried filing a claim (with the help of a different roofing company) last year and working with the insurance company was a nightmare - Shawn stepped in this time around and it was a breeze. The roof was completed in a day and there was no sign of major construction by the time I got home from work. The work and clean up was flawless. Shawn and team are outstanding. Shawn did an excellent job of communicating with us and definitely displayed professionalism and excellent customer service. We ended up having a small repair job rather than an entire roof replacement, but he handled the small job as if it was a full roof replacement. We would definitely recommend 3:16 Roofing and Shawn McAdams in particular and will use them should we need roof replacement in the future. 3:16 (and Shawn) replaced a roof for our son who was highly pleased with them and recommended them to us.
