Above & Beyond Plumbing Services

I called Above and Beyond because my outside faucet was leaking and no matter what I did I couldn't stop the constant drip that soaked my lawn and ran down the street. Our water bill had gone up $30 just from this drip! Tanner is the plumber who came out to my house, and I really felt that he went "Above and Beyond" when he not only diagnosed the drip but he also ordered the replacement part and had it installed within a couple of days. I am completely satisfied with his work and definitely recommend him personally as a great guy, and Above and Beyond as a fairly priced and competitive plumber service in Keller! Thanks!

12 Oct 2022. I called & started explaining my situation. The person who answered asked if my property was residential or commercial. I stated it was my house. The person stated they are only doing commercial at this time. That is fine but maybe update your website to make that clear. If you paid to be on Google update that as well.

i spoke with Tanner over the phone and his partner over the course of 3 days and they never got back to me with when or if they could help me with my simple plumbing issue. i did not get a chance to use their service but the way they treated me as a potential customer earned them a 1 star rating. I assume they have been busy but taking care of customer inquiries and communicating if they can assist is an important part of any service provider. I followed up 4 times with them over 3 days. i originally went with them due to the high customer rating.
