I asked for assistance with an A/C problem for my family of 5. I had received prior authorization, approval and signatures from my apartment complex to have an outside company diagnose and solve the issue, because the Maintenance Man is an unknowledgeable lazy excuse for a handyman, but Air Integrity refused to help me at all, even after claiming they couldn’t do anything until I got proper authorization, which I obtained immediately. So they refused to serve me….A 12 year Military Veteran and Family of 5, suffering from humid heat of 83+ degrees night after night with a child suffering from Pulmonary Issues and struggling due to the Humid Heat in the apartment. It’s a simple diagnoses and repair but they refused to help. Thanks for nothing Air Integrity. ????????????????????????

I called on December 28th since I turned the Air conditioner back on from the heater. The noise at the unit outside was horrible and it was not blowing cool. I called Roger at Air Integrity HVAC and was out the next morning and repaired the unit. The cost was affordable and he was done in less than an hour. The HVAC expert that came out took a look at my situation inside the attic and outside. He was able to make proper recommendations based on the issues I was having. All of the recommendations fixed the air that was not blowing properly in two different rooms of our house. We also noticed our AC units are running less time after the service. The electric bill started to be noticeably cheaper after the repair and service because of the work they did. It's relieving to have an HVAC company that can make sure you understand the work you're paying for. Thank you for making our AC units run like brand new again!
