Temperature Solutions A/C

I have no problem with them at all . They are on time or call me to tell me that they can be early or late they do run their business like you are expect to from business. Trust me they are wonderful you are not going to lose anything . One day owner showed up and check my A/C and I ask him why you are here , he said all employees are busy so he was helping his workers I was just thinking how wonderful to think about his employees, He is my kind a boss to work for thank you Temperature Solutions.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Temperature Solutions is! This weekend, our AC went out on a Friday night. By Saturday morning at 9:30, we were up and running! All we needed was a small part. We feared someone would come out and immediately say we needed a new unit, but their tech, John, who came out was all about ways to save us money. The overtime rate was not crazy expensive, and we found all we needed was a small part that John had on his truck. We will not hesitate to call them first in the future. We received a text message, phone call, and email before the tech came out which assured us the appointment was confirmed and someone would be out. We got an immediate email of our invoice once we paid and a follow up text a few days later to follow up.

a family owned business that treated us the same way. their attention to detail is unmatched. every step of the installation was double and tripple checked. it took them probably a half an hour just making sure the outside unit was perfectly level before proceeding to their next step. we feel fortunate to have chosen them for our air conditioning needs.
