Our pipes busted during the freeze and caused significant water damage. We called many plumbing companies and they were all unable to assist us. We contacted Roto-Rooter and was able to get an appointment the next day. The same night, they sent Teresa to assess the damage and to inform us of the restoration process. She was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Water restoration is a very thorough process and Teresa explained each and every step. Roto Rooter had the plumbers come in and fix the damaged pipes, we have had no problems since. When the restoration crew came in, everyone was extremely professional. Each day they called ahead of time to let you know when/who would be arriving and what would be done that day. Each day Teresa was there to answer any questions and to reassure us that everything was going to be okay. Teresa was available 24/7 if we ever needed anything and if she wasn’t available she had Victoria in charge. The restoration crew is top notch! They came
