I changed up a bad review because of their prompt customer service .......sorry bout that .....A.A ,.... .(original)I gave them the 3 stars because a live person answered the phone ...but not 5 because they are not very flexable about repairs and though they did have what part i was looking for it was 3-4 times the cost of what i could order it from another vendor

There is nothing more disheartening than a LOCAL company ignoring you after you give them your business. We had an issue with our a/c, and it hasn't worked properly since the repair. I've called multiple times to no avail. It looks like we will have to call someone else. I would have much more respect if they would just tell me, "we don't want to come back to your residence." I guess we got our answer. How sad!
