I received a postcard offering a discount for annual HVAC service at a discounted price. I figured I would try it. Jordan arrived on time and explained everything he was going to do. He took photos of any issues and explained them to me. He went above and beyond. I was so impressed. He explained issues to me that no one else had in the last 20 years of living in this home. We assessed what items definitely need to be addressed in the very near future. After 2 hours he presented me with the cost of the visit. I was blown away with how affordable their service is. Its rare these days to find someone honest reasonable knowledgeable.. outstanding customer service. Never once did I feel like someone was trying to sell me something. We have used Weeks for plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning. They are always professional, respectful, and absolutely knowledgeable experts in their fields. Each time some part was needed, either they had it on their truck already or had someone from their shop run it over. They are not the least expensive option for maintenance services, but they are absolutely worth every penny especially when comparing the loads of problems usually associated with those other less expensive companies.
