Elite AC & Heat

When our warranty company assigned us to Elite AC & Heat, we were a little worried after looking up the reviews. However, when the technician (Travis) arrived, he was completely competent, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed our problem and had it fixed very quickly. Extremely happy with our technician and service! Our AC went out overnight and Travis was at our house within an hour of making the 9am phone call the next morning. The lady that took my call was so sweet and helpful too and handled arranging the appointment. Travis found the issue and repaired it with all the supplies he had on hand and was just very knowledgeable, polite and professional. This was our first AC issue and I am so thankful to now have an HVAC expert to call anytime we have an issue.

I had an air conditioner that was not cooling. It’s 103 degrees outside and I needed immediate attention. I was referred to Elite AC and contacted them this morning (Thursday 8/3/23). The receptionist was friendly and scheduled my appointment between 12:00 and 5:00pm. The technician called prior to arrival (3:15pm) and addressed the problem immediately. I was thankful he had parts with him. Travis was the technician and very professional and prompt. I would refer Elite based on my first experience.
