The service provided by Sharpe has been top notch. We had an upstairs unit go out a couple of weeks ago and they worked diligently with the Warranty company to get us a new unit versus a “patch job”. Last night our downstairs unit quit on us and they were more than willing to provide us with great service while we are still in limbo waiting on the warranty company to even respond! Thank you Laurie (spelling?) and Jared once again for teaming up and taking great care of us
