Mike quoted me a fair price for the job. Mike went the extra mile to clear the sewer line; however, it required another solution to fix the problem. Mike told me what would be required to clear the problem. I agreed and the next morning he arrived when he said he would and promptly took care of the problem. Very honest and trustworthy. Mike was great! He arrived within the agreed time frame (on a Sunday!), assessed the issue, and discussed options and price upfront with me. He explained everything to me patiently and made sure that the work was completed correctly, no leaks, and even tested the system several times to ensure everything was running properly. After he was done with the repairs he cleaned up the area. He is easygoing, honest, and you can tell he is passionate about his craft and takes pride of his work.
