Mike Knight is our hero! If we could award him 10 stars we would!! We were told by 2 other individuals that used cameras on our home's sewer lines that all of the cast iron pipes were corroded and needed to be replaced. Mike originally came out to give us a quote to replace the pipes based on what we had been advised; however, he also surveyed the pipes and used his camera and actually showed us on the camera that while the pipes weren't smooth, like PVC, they were still intact and did NOT need to be replaced, at this time. He saved us thousands of dollars!!! He is honest, knowledgeable, thorough, personable, and trustworthy. When our home's pipes do need replacing, we will definitely call our "Knight in shining armor". Mike went above and beyond in fixing several issues for me this morning, including working outside in the pouring rain! Very thorough work at a reasonable price.
