Platinum Air

I posted a question on Facebook asking my neighbors for referrals to a reputable company to look at my mother in laws AC unit. Of the 7 recommendations, 5 were for Platinum Air. I called and Sandy was able to get us on the schedule for the next day. The owner diagnosed the problem and recommended a plan of action. He was very thorough and explained everything perfectly. Once the work was complete, he called back to make sure we were satisfied. I will definitely use the company again.

Our air conditioner went out due to a power surge so I called Platinum Air and got an immediate response. Within twenty minutes he was out at the house diagnosing the problem. By the way this was at 8:30 P.M. on a Sunday night. Would highly recommend using their service!

Excellent AC service (my go-to company). The first time I used this service, they responded quickly, crawled through my mine-field-of-an-attic, diagnosed problem & ordered needed parts on the same day of my call; then arrived on time & quickly fixed the issue the next morning. The second time I needed them, it was a Friday (a year later). They were booked that day but worked me in; he diagnosed & fixed my issue in less than 5 min. This company has staff that have been consistently friendly, VERY knowledgeable, efficient, proficient & always kept me in the loop via texts.
