I have been using Platinum Air over five years for any issues or repairs for my home and rental properties. Unmatched workmanship at great prices. Always on time. The only AC company I trust! 100% satisfied every time.
I posted a question on Facebook asking my neighbors for referrals to a reputable company to look at my mother in laws AC unit. Of the 7 recommendations, 5 were for Platinum Air. I called and Sandy was able to get us on the schedule for the next day. The owner diagnosed the problem and recommended a plan of action. He was very thorough and explained everything perfectly. Once the work was complete, he called back to make sure we were satisfied. I will definitely use the company again.
Our air conditioner went out due to a power surge so I called Platinum Air and got an immediate response. Within twenty minutes he was out at the house diagnosing the problem. By the way this was at 8:30 P.M. on a Sunday night. Would highly recommend using their service!
