Contacted this establishment on 2/6/23 for someone to come out to my home to service a leak that was detected by the city of League City. My appointment was scheduled for 2/7/24 between 9am-10am. I received a call from Chris on 2/7 asking to push back our appointment due to being on another job so I agreed to 4pm. At 6pm, I received a call from Chris stating a tool was left behind at the previous job and he needed to reschedule. Super inconvenient considering I took off from work to be present for my appointment and as a teacher, we are not given many days to request off per school year. Needless to say I will not recommend this company to anybody.

James came out to replace two 30 yr old bibs and cleaned up kitchen drain. He is very detail and thorough. He took his time to make sure jobs were done properly step by step. Never rushed it.
