Coel arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and took the time to listen to me which enabled him to immediately identify the issue. Once he was done with the repair which was a loose connection, he explained to me how to troubleshoot in case it happens again. He did offer me an excellent promo that was offered by his company but he was not pushy at all, he patiently explained the details and walked me through the plan. I'm definitely buying it. Not happy. He said termostat and some other parts are bad and he replaced them all. But when he left the termostat wasnt programmed. It was going up 83 degrees every 3-4 hours. So I tried to program i messed up an its start blowing hot air. I called him one more time he said he will text me the instructions. After 3 hours waiting in 103 degrees hot day. He didn't taxt or call. Than I put it back the old termostat which one he said "its not good" the begening. It worked properly. So figured out that he changed the working thermostat by saying it was broken And I m not sure other parts he replaced are they was really bad or not

Cole did a great job. He is courteous, professional and honest. He gave a thurough explanation concerning the issue with my AC, and made sure everything checked out before he left.
