With the February Freeze, we had a pipe break above our Master Bedroom that caused some significant damage. We worked with another company that after 2 months hadn't performed any work and Brandon was recommended to me. He came out the day after I called him and within days we had a quote and agreed to have the work done while we were out of town. The work was high quality and looks better than before! CRS team was always friendly, informative, and showed when they said they would. Communication was top notch. We have been using Brandon for all of our needs, from plumbing to completely redoing a walk in shower. Only wish we know of CRS a few months earlier before we dropped 1000s on an AC repair. I don't think I can say all the great words to describe this company. Magnificent, terrific, outstanding, professional, courteous, fast responding, easy to talk to while they listen, made me feel like number one. Great folks and superior quality work. After going through about 6+ companies and the run around, scams, frauds, sabotage to my AC, I was referred to this company by a financing company. I feel like I hit the jackpot. This company did EVERYTHING right. My first call I spoke to Brandon and while we were on the phone, he sent out his guy (James) to measure the house for a new AC..what size I may need. This was at the end of the day. How awesome is that? The next week we scheduled for install and his guys were here all day and never even left for a lunch break.
